i have nothing to say--- and i don't know why. i'm sooo scatterbrained. i have a to-do list a mile long today. and i just cannot ignore it any longer.
the weather is sposed to be really nice today-- like 70-ish.. perfect for fishing-- BUT we just have too much to do-- and two dr appointments-- one for me, one for soulkid. and hubby has my car at the garage right now-- Lord knows how long they will keep it-- with NO loaner. if they keep it too long-- i am gonna have to take the risk, and drive his truck to go pick him up so we can get to my appointment at 130. and the kids at 330.
so anyhow-- almost time for soulkid to leave for school, and i think now is the best time to hit my damn kitchen.... before my stupid body quits on me. i swear i need a prescription for speed or something. ever since the stupid seizure-- i just run out of gas over the slightest bit of anything.
i really hate that too.
but- like i said-- aside from just plain recovering from that-- all the med reactions, and changes could have a lot to do with it too.
so.. this is my life-- welcome.

Yeah, the weather should be gorgeous today. I get my braces on today! I would say I'm excited, but not really. I'm excited for the results, but...haha

Changes in medication are enough to send anyone into a downward spiral. It takes time to get adjusted. Hope the day goes smoothly for you. We could just run away to the coast and forget the messes. Have you been down to Corpus beaches? I've been there but was at the depot doing a review and missed getting more than a glance at the coast.

ya know , soulkid showed results VERY fast on her teeth when she got her braces on... i mean like within a couple months they were straighter and the overbite was a whole lot less-- i really think they keep them on way longer than necessary.
but you wil be thrilled with the results i am sure-- especially since you are mature enough to comply. ehem. :))
apparently you might be a little sore the first day or two--but not too bad. so eat a big meal before ya go in, :))

soulman would get fired for sure--if he took time off every single time i needed a ride. it's different when it's an emergency-- but kid appointments-- or esp mine--i just have too many-- and today-- i may have to go get him..we may have no choice.
i've been trying to contact the DL place but can never get thru-- maybe i'll have hubby haul me over there today if i cant get thru-and if we have time. UGH-- what a hassle.
anyhow-- hope you can enjoy the sun today!!

i have been to corpus--but i was a kid-and barely remember it-- i do wanna go sometime though.
i'm not a big beach person, but i do like it sometimes.
but you know me-- lakes and fishin-- that's my thing.
i may get me a new pair of VANS today! it's time.. shorts , no socks , VANS wearin.. tan gettin, trike ridin -fish catchin FOOL.. :))

I hope that your day is going good and that the appointments went well. My day so far has been very quiet...I slept in and then stayed in bed till almost 2:00 p.m.! Gracie after her ordeal yesterday was very tired too and slept in with me too and stayed that way until I got up. I have a feeling that with the space that I am in mind wise that I will not get crap done today. I had not read or remember reading the quote on your blog till today and wow does it fit me.
Today has been okay I guess here.
I hear you about working before the body quits on ya. Its a cruddy situation.

Just checking in on you and family, and voicing my support. You do what you've got to do. I have always thought that they would eventually take my license away due to my schizophrenia. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Imagine, once taken, I'm like a superwoman, I can do all the cool things, like do dishes in 1 minute, cook a meal in 2 minutes, fly to the mall and back... hhmm... now what am I supposed to do with the extra time I have?

I hear ya on being sluggish. It feels disgusting. We are finally getting some cool weather - 19 today - WOOHOO. We've even had rain for the first time in about 4 or 5 months and I feel like a new woman. Not like that slow tub of lard I have been all summer.
Take my advice Soul, if your body tells you to go slow, GO SLOW. It won't cooperate anyway so you may as well do it tells you and save yourself the aggravation. Spoken like a true sloth....:)

I know how your day turned out, but I am getting so behind in reading your posts, everyone's posts, and I feel really bad about it. Since I am looking for work, it seems all my puter time is spent doing that. I'll be better, I promise.
